Lamar Jackson returns to the fold for the Ravens for a Tuesday night showdown. Previewing the Ravens and the Cowboys.
The Baltimore Ravens nearly pulled off the unthinkable by taking an undefeated Pittsburgh Steelers team to the wire last week without nearly a dozen of its star players, including 2020 MVP Lamar Jackson.
In week 13, Jackson returns to his squad fresh off of the Reserve/COVID-19 list. He will also be joined by teammates Calais Campbell, Pernell McPhee, Mark Ingram II, J.K. Dobbins, Patrick Ricard, Patrick Mekari, Matt Skura, Justin Madubuike, Jihad Ward, and Morgan Cox; all of whom were sidelined due to positive tests or contact tracing.
Baltimore is facing the first three game skid since Joe Flacco was under center for the Ravens. However, they could be looking at a “get right” game against an undermanned Dallas squad. All-pros Tyron Smith and Zack Martin are out for the Cowboys. Additionally, starting right tackle La’El Collins and center Tyler Biadasz are out. That means Dallas is working with a patchwork line that has already surrendered 31 sacks on the season. Quarterback Andy Dalton has promise, but the turnover-prone Cowboys may have some fits with the Ravens D.
If Lamar Jackson and the Ravens can get a few extra possessions under their belts, a route could be imminent on Tuesday night.

Prediction
Knowing Lamar Jackson, it was probably killing him to not be on the field against the Steelers.
I think that Jackson is going to come in with some fresh legs after going 16 days since his last game. That is bad news for a susceptible Cowboys run defense. Jackson’s natural abilities will be showcased as he eases back into the swing of things against the Cowboys.
All eyes will be on Raven’s receiver Dez Bryant, who was a Pro Bowler for the Cowboys for eight seasons. However, I feel that will open things up down the field for Marquise Brown and across the middle for tight end Mark Andrews
