Week 6 Recap

Season Starting Money: $1000

Week 6 Starting Money: $907

This week we changed up our strategy to capitalize on some of the alternate line values in two key games.

We began by targeting the Texas and Oklahoma game. We had the belief that Oklahoma was the better team and despite a shaky finish they were able to get the win. We added Dillion Gabriel to throw for over 200 yards to increase those odds and Andrel Anthony to have over 40 yards receiving.

It is always great when you begin the day cashing a +248 bet.

For our same game parlay, we targeted the Missouri and LSU games. LSU has a terrible secondary, so we took Luther Burden over 100 yards, Theo Wease over 25 yards, and Brady Cook over 250 yards.

All three of these were almost complete by halftime, leaving Malik Nabers to get over the 100-yard mark. Before the third quarter was over this bet was already done and we cashed +224 with ease.

Week 7 Starting Money: $1255

Oregon vs Washington

I have been patiently waiting for this game for weeks. I personally have a relatively large bet from the preseason for Washington to make the playoff and this game is crucial to making that bet cash.

Washington has the Pac-12 curse of people never getting to watch them because they are playing on Peacock or the Pac-12 Network, so people don’t know how good this team is. Washington has the strongest starting receiver core in the country and a Quarterback who can sling the ball around.

On the flip side, Oregon brings in their usual high-flying offense but has a defense that has only allowed more than 10 points in one game so far. However, Texas Tech had success moving the ball on them and Washington is just an A+ version of Tech.

For this game, I will stay away from picking a winner and instead attack player props.

Rome Odunze is where we will start for Washington. He has over 100 receiving yards in 4 games this season and even hit 180 in one of those games. You can count on him to get consistent targets and rack up the yards. I will be playing the over 80+ yard line for -188 odds.

Jalen McMillian is the other top option for this offense, but he has been injured for the last few games. Playing him here does come with some risk but if he is healthy then he is also going to get peppered with targets and yards. I am going to go a little lower than I normally would with him and take his 60+ yards at -440 odds.

Michael Penix Jr. has been unreal to begin this season throwing for over 300 yards in every game, and has topped the 400-yard mark in 3 of their 5 games. Although I feel comfortable all the way up to the 350 mark, I will be playing his 300-yard over at -350.

I do not expect this to be a blowout so it is important that we work at least one Oregon player into this parlay.

The Oregon passing offense goes through Wide Receiver Troy Franklin who has recorded a Touchdown and 100+ yards in every game except for one this season. I am going to take his 80+ yard line for -166 but I would not blame you for going as high as the 100-yard mark.

Finally, with all the expected offense I am going to take the over 57.5 adjusted total at -300 to be the final leg of this same game parlay.

Bet: Over 57.5, Rome Odunze 80+ yards, Jalen McMillian 60+ yards, Michael Penix 300+ yards, and Troy Franklin 80+ yards.

Units Bet: 1

Odds: +275

Player Prop Parlay

Last week Notre Dame was embarrassed on the field. This week they play a terrible USC defense, and they have a prime get-right spot for their offense to bounce back. After watching the film, I believe the Notre Dame offensive line will be challenged to be who we thought they were and run the ball down USC’s throat.

For the first leg of this bet, we will take Audric Estime 70+ rushing yards.

On the other side of that game last week, we saw Jawhar Jordan have his way with a good Notre Dame offense. With the weather projected to be rainy in Pittsburgh for their game this week, I see a run-heavy approach from the Cards again.

For the second leg of this prop, we will take Jawhar Jordan for 70+ yards.

For the final leg of this parlay, we will add Mr. Consistent for Michigan, Blake Corum. Corum is the Michigan offense and although his touches have been more limited this season, he has still put up over 69 yards in every game this season.

We will bet that trend will continue and take his 70+ rushing yard prop.

Bet: Audric Estime 70+ yards, Jawhar Jordan 70+ yards, and Blake Corum 70+ yards

Units Bet: 1

Odds: +163
